Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field, with 3-6 years of FP&A experience, preferably with a US-based company. Essential skills include strong analytical and accounting abilities, SQL, and advanced Excel, with preferred experience in Tableau and Anaplan. A positive attitude and comfort with change are also required.

Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst will support forecast data and budgeting by producing reports for annual/quarterly budgets and weekly/monthly forecasts, reviewing for completeness, and summarizing variances. Responsibilities include building and maintaining reporting solutions using Power BI/Tableau, performing analysis using SQL, driving process improvements for data-driven insights, collaborating with finance teams to understand variance drivers, and conducting ad-hoc analysis and self-initiated projects.
