Responsibilities

The Finance Shared Services Analyst will process PO and non-PO invoices, reconcile account statements, and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing accruals and provisions. They will also collaborate with internal stakeholders for PO creation, ensure invoice accuracy against supplier documentation, obtain approvals for non-PO invoices, and maintain various records and statistics. The role involves detailed coding and entering of approximately 700-800 invoices monthly, developing reports from business databases, and performing other tasks as assigned by the manager, all under the supervision of financial associates or managers.
