Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer requests sent directly by clients
  • Manage and resolve requests forwarded by the customer service team on behalf of clients
  • Manage proper handling of customer cancellation requests
  • Follow up on customer contract changes
  • Administratively follow up on customer changes (payment methods, billing addresses, etc.)
  • Manage billing issues in collaboration with the Ops team
  • Issue invoices and credit notes
  • Control collections and process refunds
  • Handle collections
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to optimizing daily operations and customer experience
  • Identify and report problems and bugs encountered by the Billing team
  • Create documentation for operational processes, collaborating and communicating cross-functionally
  • Participate in cross-functional projects with teams like Sales and Customer Experience to optimize processes and tools
