Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in finance or analytics, with a basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills. A Bachelor's degree or specialized training is preferred. Healthcare/pharmacy industry experience, knowledge of pharmaceutical products, and experience with collections, cash reconciliation, issue resolution, or settlement negotiation are preferred. Experience driving continuous improvement and working with large datasets including SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Finance Operations Analyst will execute daily AR management operations for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate AR posting, timely collections, and efficient payment posting. They will identify and resolve payment exceptions, communicate with internal and external contacts to resolve payment issues, and classify variances to establish root causes and recommend resolutions. The role involves extensive use of Microsoft Excel, SAP, and large data repositories for calculations, reconciliations, and research. The analyst will also stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, contribute to workflow optimization, and provide performance updates to leadership.
