Responsibilities

The Finance Manager/Controller will oversee the financial operations of the organization, including preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial models; analyzing financial performance and identifying areas for improvement; ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements; overseeing general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll; maintaining compliance with financial regulations; coordinating with external auditors; leading and mentoring the finance and accounting teams; providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making; managing cash flow; and overseeing investments and banking relationships.
