Requirements

Candidates must possess 15+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global, high-growth software or technology company. IPO and/or public company treasury experience is strongly preferred. A proven track record managing international treasury operations, including FX exposure and intercompany funding, is required. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is necessary, with an MBA, CFA, or CTP being preferred. Exceptional communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The VP, Treasury will lead the global treasury function, overseeing global cash management, capital markets readiness, liquidity planning, FX risk management, and banking relationships. This role involves advising the CFO and executive team on capital structure and financing strategy, preparing the company for IPO-related treasury impacts, and implementing best-in-class liquidity strategies. Responsibilities also include managing global cash forecasting, intercompany funding, banking relationships, treasury operations, and risk mitigation strategies for FX and interest rate exposure. The VP will also build and mentor the treasury team, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with SOX and public company readiness requirements.
