The role is hybrid with a schedule of Monday – Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT).
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; minimum 5 years’ experience in financial management preferably in a managerial role; professional certification such as CPA, CA, CFA, or CMA; experience with high volume processing (20,000 invoices monthly); Xero system experience (or MYOB); and in-depth understanding of compliance in Aged Care and NDIS.
Responsibilities include financial planning and analysis (budgets, reports, KPIs), financial reporting and compliance (statements, reconciliations, audits, statutory lodgments), cash flow management, and operational oversight like payroll coordination and funding accountability.
A strong candidate will have 5+ years in financial management (managerial experience preferred), relevant certifications like CPA or CFA, Xero/MYOB experience, and deep knowledge of Aged Care and NDIS compliance in a high-volume invoice environment.
