Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other analytical tools is required, along with strong skills in preparing and interpreting financial reports, identifying trends, variances, and key performance indicators. The role demands the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights, experience partnering with cross-functional teams, and strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to travel up to 10% are also necessary.
The Senior Financial Analyst will conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. This role involves developing and maintaining financial models to assess business scenarios, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
