Requirements

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant foreign financial management field, or Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of relevant foreign financial management experience
  • 5-7 years of work experience in project finance, operational finance, financial/business planning analysis, financial reporting, financial management & control, or accounting
  • Strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and teamwork skills
  • Ability to focus on the big picture while paying attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to handle complex situations
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP or other financial/ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a finance business partner, supporting the daily operations of a business line
  • Assist in the planning and execution of budgets, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals
  • Continuously monitor and analyze business performance, providing regular reports and insights
  • Support the company’s key financial cycles, including long-term strategic planning, annual operating budgets, and short-term rolling forecasts
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, preparing and writing clear, concise, and structured analysis reports
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations through financial modeling and analysis, supporting key business decisions and driving company value
  • Participate in various research and analysis projects, such as performance analysis, return on investment analysis, and financial modeling for business strategies and collaborations
  • Independently develop and maintain financial analysis models
  • Lead and develop a team of finance partners
