Requirements

MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant foreign financial management field, or Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of relevant foreign financial management experience
5-7 years of work experience in project finance, operational finance, financial/business planning analysis, financial reporting, financial management & control, or accounting
Strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills
Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated organizational and teamwork skills
Ability to focus on the big picture while paying attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to handle complex situations
Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with SAP or other financial/ERP systems
Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills/systems

Responsibilities

Serve as a finance business partner, supporting the daily operations of a business line
Assist in the planning and execution of budgets, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals
Continuously monitor and analyze business performance, providing regular reports and insights
Support the company’s key financial cycles, including long-term strategic planning, annual operating budgets, and short-term rolling forecasts
Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, preparing and writing clear, concise, and structured analysis reports
Provide strategic insights and recommendations through financial modeling and analysis, supporting key business decisions and driving company value
Participate in various research and analysis projects, such as performance analysis, return on investment analysis, and financial modeling for business strategies and collaborations
Independently develop and maintain financial analysis models
Lead and develop a team of finance partners
