5 GCSEs including Maths (at Grade 5 or above), English Language, and Science/Technology at a Grade 9-4
A keen interest in having a career in finance
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Must pass a free, four-day, online Bookkeeping for Level 3 course, including six Achievement Ladder Step assessments

Responsibilities

Study for a Level 3 Assistant Accountant qualification (18 months)
Complete a Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting with AAT (further 18 months)
Complete placements within at least two Finance functions, such as Accounting and Planning, Programmes Finance, Cost Control, Treasury, or Bids and Contract Evaluation
Work full time for the final 12 months to gain practical experience
Undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS)
