Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, or Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance controlling strongly preferred. They should demonstrate a results-oriented approach with proven achievements, exceptional planning and organizational capabilities, and the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines. Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal communication skills are also required, along with fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

As a Finance Controller, the primary responsibility is to take ownership of budgeting and forecasting, business case preparation, and driving the financial performance of the business unit. Daily tasks include coordinating the analysis of consolidated financials for projects, working with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of project financials, providing guidance and recommendations to achieve key performance metrics, supporting month-end financial closing (variance analysis explanation), defining top-line forecasts (Revenue, Volume, Price), analyzing programs and customer profitability, driving Risks & Opportunity management, supporting customer negotiations, and advising the commercial team to deliver BBP customer results.
