Big 4 and healthcare experience are preferred, along with advanced Excel skills, familiarity with Google Suite and Workday, and AI experience. The ability to balance priorities across multiple projects and build strong relationships across teams is also essential.
The Senior Accountant will support accounting compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other authoritative guidance, and interface with external auditors. Responsibilities include performing account analysis and reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, monitoring system-generated calculations, and resolving complex accounting matters such as revenue recognition, software development, and leases. The role involves guiding the development of accounting policies and procedures, supporting internal control validation, assisting with financial statement and footnote preparation, and leading external audits.
