As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with various departments across the organization, providing leaders with financial insights and analyses to support informed decision-making and drive the business forward.
Effective real-time communication and a strong understanding of your audience are essential in this role. Therefore, you must possess highly developed communication skills, commercial awareness, and proven analytical abilities to build active and productive partnerships with operations and management.
Experience in working within fast-growing, scale-up environments and managing change effectively will be crucial. Candidates should have experience in companies with more than $200 million in annual turnover, preferably in IT, FinTech sectors, and should have worked in organizations similar in size or larger than Welltech.
