Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a record of academic excellence, along with 2-6 years of relevant experience in fields such as investment banking, equity research, private equity, financial services, management consulting, or a high-growth tech-enabled company in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Business Intelligence, or a similar role. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in building and adapting financial models or utilizing financial planning software are required. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness to stakeholder needs, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Strategic Finance Analyst will develop core forecasting and planning tools to support annual and long-range planning, monitor and analyze weekly and monthly KPIs to provide leading indicators and actionable insights, build financial models to analyze new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with cross-functional partners, work closely with the accounting team to deliver financial analyses and reporting, track and analyze budget vs. actual spend, identify continuous improvements to streamline the Finance function, and support ad-hoc analyses and projects as needed.
