Requirements

3–5 years’ experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Reporting, and Planning, ideally in SaaS or subscription-based services
Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, revenue reporting, business models, and financial/consulting functions
SQL proficiency required
Expert-level Excel skills with advanced formulas/functions and strong documentation practices
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Heroku, Sigma, Data Studio) and Snowflake
Ability to solve problems creatively and work with incomplete or ambiguous data
Background in analyzing SaaS/MSP metrics, gathering BI requirements, and delivering actionable insights
Preferred exposure to Salesforce, OneStream, and NetSuite
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Support Commercial Finance team and the Chief Accounting Office with reporting and analytics across various operational facets
Maintain and support the improvement of the Commercial Finance team’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
Develop Business Intelligence (BI) schemas to enable data-driven financial analysis
Apply strong business acumen and communication skills to effectively synthesize information and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Utilize advanced financial analysis capabilities to interpret, synthesize, and enhance business requirements
Import and export large datasets from various systems and sources, including architecting data feeds, developing data validation schemas, and implementing process controls
Analyze trends, develop forecasts, and recommend actions for optimization
Increase productivity through the development of automated reporting and forecasting tools
