Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in evaluating and managing billing systems and consumption-based models. Experience with ERP systems and data integration is also required.

Responsibilities

The Finance Business Analyst will analyze and manage billing systems to support consumption/usage-based and subscription models, collaborating with technical teams and vendors to implement system enhancements. They will also implement processes to capture and monetize consumption/usage data, ensuring accurate billing, and optimize existing billing and collections workflows to improve efficiency. Furthermore, they will develop strategies to enhance collections, mitigate revenue leakage, and serve as a liaison between finance, IT, and operations teams, leading UAT testing and staying informed about industry trends.
