Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3 to 6 years of general experience and 4 to 6 months of basic managerial experience in coordinating the work of others. The role requires proficiency in designing and building solutions, performing business/software analysis, and supporting enterprise systems. Experience with software development, maintenance, design, conceptualization, technical development recommendations, software roadmaps, faults diagnosis and correction, work scheduling and allocation, ongoing learning and development, program/portfolio management support, technical persistence layer/legacy database design/development, and functional/technical requirements gathering is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will drive the development of existing and new software, ensuring it is fast, secure, and reliable. Responsibilities include monitoring and correcting software defects, producing concepts and prototypes for digital products, recommending optimizations for solutions, and driving the maintenance roadmap. The engineer will also diagnose and correct faults, assign work schedules to teams, develop team capabilities through training and coaching, and contribute to program management plans. Additionally, they will guide the design and distribution of database resources, provide physical modeling and design services, and support the collection of functional requirements.
