Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of product management experience, with at least 7 years in leadership roles, preferably within digital health. Experience in matrixed environments and with SAFE Agile methodologies is required, along with strong external acumen and stakeholder management capabilities. A core understanding of EMR and healthcare interoperability is essential, as is a proven ability to drive clarity in complex, cross-functional settings and deep knowledge of leveraging Human Centered Design insights for product development. A Master's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Associate Vice President, Product Management will define and communicate product strategy aligned with enterprise goals and customer needs, driving cross-value stream delivery of new products across digital and omnichannel platforms. This role involves leading all phases of the product lifecycle, developing product visions, prioritizing features, and executing roadmaps. Responsibilities also include managing and mentoring a team of product managers, fostering a product-centric culture, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and translating complex product strategies for senior leadership. The AVP will leverage research and design inputs to understand customer needs, ensure product adoption, and maintain external acumen to stay ahead of industry trends.
