Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or FP&A role, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A strong understanding of journal posting, trial balances, and accounting principles is necessary, along with progress towards or completion of CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualifications. Bonus qualifications include exposure to equity topics and familiarity with SQL or Python.
The Finance Analyst will reconcile revenue, cost of sales, inventory, expenses, and balance sheet accounts, and prepare journal entries and trial balances. They will assist with month-end close procedures, including accruals and variance analysis, and help maintain department budgets. Responsibilities also include preparing documentation for tax filings, tracking accounts payable/receivable, and contributing to equity operations. Additionally, the role involves assisting with cash flow forecasting, supporting investor reporting, and contributing to finance process improvements.
