Clinical Advisory & Post-Training Analysis

  • Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption.
  • Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days and identify targeted coaching opportunities to accelerate success.
  • Share field insights to inform scalable resources, improve onboarding processes, and strengthen future training programs.

Practice Readiness & Operational Alignment

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the availability of necessary resources, messaging, and tools prior to training.
  • Customize training strategies based on practice size, complexity, and clinical goals.

Requirements

  • Clinical Training Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with a strong understanding of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

  • In-Person Agility: Comfortable operating independently in the field and adjusting plans in real-time based on practice dynamics and needs.
  • Operational Expertise: Minimum of 3 years managing training logistics, conducting readiness assessments, and coordinating across multiple practices in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor tone and approach to diverse audiences, from hygienists to C-suite stakeholders.
