Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance over the whole national territory to the sales force and physicians (implants and follow-ups)
  • Perform product presentations and training on products utilization to customers
  • Support physicians during the enrolment and follow-up phase of clinical studies
  • Provide support to Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator, and Clinical Department for any additional tasks and projects
  • Be proactive in taking Abbott solution-oriented approach to customers
  • Promptly communicate feedback/info on supported implants/procedures
  • Perform booth duty when required
  • Ensure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followed
  • Produce concise market and competitors reports to Sales Force, FTE Coordinator, and RSM
  • Provide marketing with competitors devices information
