This is an onsite position.
Required skills include ability to work independently, strong time management and organizational skills, effective communication with non-technical colleagues, basic understanding of Windows & Mac OS, Microsoft 365, computer imaging, MDT, troubleshooting laptops/monitors/docks, and deploying MDM to mobile devices.
You will be a pivotal member of the regional IT support team, collaborating with other BRP IT colleagues to resolve technical issues, and may take tickets for other regions when needed.
A high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of IT-related customer service experience preferably in an enterprise environment, and CompTIA A+ or Net+ certifications are preferred.
