This position is based in Woburn, Massachusetts with frequent customer-site travel, requiring you to be on site at customers’ facilities. Approximately 90% travel is expected, often four to five nights away weekly.
Candidates need 5+ years of field service experience, 3+ years working with project teams, contractors, and customers, strong mechanical aptitude with electromechanical systems and Cooling Distribution Units (CDU), ability to read and interpret diagrams, and proficiency with tools like forklifts, ladders, hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices.
You will work closely with Boyd’s Project team, including members from customers and various construction trades, to complete deployments and meet installation timelines.
