HS diploma or equivalent
2 to 5 years of technical work experience, including industrial or commercial process water experience
Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
Must be able to pass a background check & pre-employment drug screen
Electrical experience
Mechanical experience
Water treatment experience
Biomedical experience (a plus)
Experience with Microsoft Office (including smart devices)
Customer service experience
Critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
Ability to synthesize technical information and communicate it clearly
Ability to derive insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve problems
Local travel required in Tri-State Area
Availability for Sunday-Thursday schedule

Responsibilities

Perform field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner
Proactively troubleshoot systems
Conduct preventative maintenance
Manage parts inventory
Anticipate and correct safety issues (Company and Customer owned equipment)
Interface directly with customers
Maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization
Take care of company property
Demonstrate high impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment
Usually work with minimal supervision
Work with mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment
