The Field Service Sr. Manager will lead a geographic region and team performing installation, service, and repair of sophisticated equipment and systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting contractual service requirements. They will develop and implement strategies for effective customer support, maintain and improve service delivery infrastructure, and oversee regional customer fulfillment. Additionally, the role involves acting as a liaison between customers and Thermo Fisher Scientific, managing service business P&L, and representing the company at customer meetings, while also supporting product quality improvements and collaborating with commercial teams.
