Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or similar
  • Experience >3 years in technical services (IVD) or similar industry
  • Proven experience with hands-on Service, pre and post installation, on field and remotely
  • Skill with processes and KPIs, lead execution of action plans for deviations
  • Intermediate in English, native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese
  • Available for travelling >40% of worktime, be on site with customers
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Delivering services to customers, performing preventive and corrective technical services in line with good maintenance practices
  • Leading the installed base assigned for excellence in performance
  • Acting as a business partner, the strongest link between customer needs and Beckman Coulter organization
  • Customer facing role and relationship building
  • Contributing as a team member and in partnership with peers and the entire organization to achieve results
  • Managing demands versus priorities, understanding impacts on service metrics in pursuit of continuous improvement
  • Leading elevations to assure response time aligned with customer and business needs
  • Supporting the service business, executing budget premises (overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and expenses), all Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance
  • Working exclusively within one of the company's most important clients as a Resident Engineer
