Requirements

Degree in Engineering or similar
Experience >3 years in technical services (IVD) or similar industry
Proven experience with hands-on Service, pre and post installation, on field and remotely
Skill with processes and KPIs, lead execution of action plans for deviations
Intermediate in English, native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese
Available for travelling >40% of worktime, be on site with customers
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Delivering services to customers, performing preventive and corrective technical services in line with good maintenance practices
Leading the installed base assigned for excellence in performance
Acting as a business partner, the strongest link between customer needs and Beckman Coulter organization
Customer facing role and relationship building
Contributing as a team member and in partnership with peers and the entire organization to achieve results
Managing demands versus priorities, understanding impacts on service metrics in pursuit of continuous improvement
Leading elevations to assure response time aligned with customer and business needs
Supporting the service business, executing budget premises (overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and expenses), all Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance
Working exclusively within one of the company's most important clients as a Resident Engineer
