Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferable) or Biotech
Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma
Proficient English (mandatory)
Open to travel (driving license mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work autonomously and as a team player
Experience working with Hematology equipment (preference)
Salesforce and Smartsheets (preferable)

Responsibilities

Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance to customers
Conduct service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts
Diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution
Escalate complex issues to a higher level of technical support or quality reporting system
Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory
May develop new customer service/product agreements
Demonstrate critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems, and implement solutions
Communicate honestly, listen, and create empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators
