Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or related field (preferable)
2-4 years prior field experience in medical devices industry or related field (advantage)
Familiarity with electrical or mechanical procedures that may affect products
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to relay problems and solutions to customers
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel

Responsibilities

Respond to customer complaints in the region; evaluate and resolve problems in coordination with stakeholders
Attend installation, breakdown calls, preventive maintenance, technical upgrades, analyses, product demonstrations, user training, and reviews to determine solutions
Perform maintenance and service call attendance across the region
Generate service revenue through sales of spares, Live Care Packs, Live Connect Remote Support, and Yearly Service kits
Provide customers with regular feedback on service requests
Develop and maintain relations with customers via service visits and healthy customer support
