Position Overview

As a Field Service Engineer based in Mallorca, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless operation of our electro-mechanical medical devices. Responsibilities

• Device Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, fix, and complete Field Corrective Actions effectively on our devices in line with specified service requirements and customer contractual agreements.
• Connectivity Management: Manage and help resolve device integration and network connectivity problems with connected devices.
• Data Reporting: Report all relevant service activities in our service systems and datasheets to maintain accurate service data.
• Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable service and quality requirements to deliver outstanding results.
• Customer Relations: Establish and maintain effective communication and partnerships with customers, team members, and business contacts.
• User Training: Deliver appropriate user training and demos to customers to ensure they can operate our devices successfully.

Requirements

• A technical degree, diploma, or certificate in electro-mechanics or a similar field.
• Experience as a service engineer on electro-mechanical devices.
• Strong understanding of electronics and electro-mechanics.
• Good IT and computer setup skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable to carrying out different tasks based on daily scheduling.
• Quality-driven and customer-focused.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in the local language (Spanish) and capable of communicating in English.
• Availability to travel within the Balearic Islands and the peninsula.
