Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
At least 5-7 years of experience
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of hydraulic theory and principles
Understanding of Startup & Commissioning (S & C) Schedules
Strong understanding of Startup and Commissioning management tasks and vendor support coordination

Responsibilities

Analyze design documentation and identify potential issues
Optimize processes to enhance product performance and efficiency
Develop innovative solutions for engineering challenges
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams
Prepare/Draft Startup and Commissioning Plan documentation
Coordinate with Applications/Process Engineers for system startup
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during construction and installation phases
Communicate project updates and address concerns with project teams and stakeholders
Manage project apportionments and resources effectively
Facilitate communication between internal project teams and vendor support coordination
