Candidates should possess an Associate’s Degree and a minimum of one year of experience. They require well-developed skills in technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements, aligning with specific customer specifications and implementations.
The Field Service Engineer will troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solutions according to product and customer specifications, and recommend actions for coordinated product solutions. They will also assess product needs based on customer specifications, conduct technical training and product briefings with customers and representatives, and act as a local on-site representative to the customer’s organization.
