Requirements

Technical knowledge and experience within Medical Devices/Diagnostics in service maintenance area (or in other highly regulated industry)
B.Sc. in Engineering (Bioengineering, Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical)
Medical Devices expertise
High level of customer orientation
Ability to drive a car and be flexible with working time - more than 50% of travelling is required
Proficient English and Polish
Flawless interpersonal and planning skills
Independent and self-starting attitude
Located in Warsaw/Central Poland

Responsibilities

Conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts
Make diagnoses of the system failures and settle most effective solution
Raise complex issues to higher level of technical support or quality reporting system
Develop new customer service/product agreements
Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory
