Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or technical support roles. They should be comfortable using common hand tools such as drills and torque wrenches, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. Strong verbal communication skills are required for effectively interacting with customers and suppliers, as well as describing technical situations and issues to teammates.
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the uncrating, commissioning, and calibrating of Lumafield scanners at customer sites, performing preventative and repair maintenance, and traveling frequently within the US and Canada (75%). They will also create, update, and maintain training materials and safety guidelines, troubleshoot and tune production systems, refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency, and assist with maintaining the company’s tradeshow fleet and in-house scanner fleets.
Provides industrial CT scanning and AI inspection

Its main products, the Neptune CT scanner and Voyager analysis software, allow clients to quickly scan products on the factory line, enabling engineers to detect internal defects. The AI engine, Atlas, analyzes scan data to provide insights that help improve product quality and speed up production.
