Responsibilities

Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von Diagnosesystemen, Immunchemie, klinischer Chemie und Automatisierungssystemen
Einhaltung der einschlägigen Vorschriften wie MPG, MedGV und VDE sowie der Beckman Coulter Qualitätsvorschriften
Kurzeinweisung der Anwender im Labor und Beantwortung technischer Fragen unserer Kunden
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus Vertrieb, Applikation, Service-Hotline und Service-Disposition
Organisation und Optimierung des persönlichen Ersatzteillagers
Zeitnahe Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben wie Erfassung von Kundendienstberichten mit Service Max
