Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service Leica microscopes and software for direct customers and indirect business through channel partners, ensuring uptime through preventive maintenance and effective issue resolution
  • Achieve key service metrics (Revenue/Order Growth, TTR, First-Time Fix, Utilization/Productivity, CES) while ensuring compliance with EHS standards
  • Drive Leica’s field service operations forward through the Danaher Business System, focusing on continuous improvement of operational metrics, optimization of resources, and team support
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through training, break-fix service, preventive maintenance, installation, contract delivery
  • Identify service sales opportunities across Leica’s portfolio of microscopy solutions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and identify service sales leads to drive customer success and business growth
