Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service Leica microscopes and software for direct customers and indirect business through channel partners, ensuring uptime through preventive maintenance and effective issue resolution
Achieve key service metrics (Revenue/Order Growth, TTR, First-Time Fix, Utilization/Productivity, CES) while ensuring compliance with EHS standards
Drive Leica’s field service operations forward through the Danaher Business System, focusing on continuous improvement of operational metrics, optimization of resources, and team support
Ensure customer satisfaction through training, break-fix service, preventive maintenance, installation, contract delivery
Identify service sales opportunities across Leica’s portfolio of microscopy solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams and identify service sales leads to drive customer success and business growth
