Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of prior field sales experience. They should be based in either the East (Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee), North (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin) or South (Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas) regions, and demonstrate knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and approaches. An energetic, positive, and professional attitude, along with the ability to self-motivate and think quickly, is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Representative - Enterprise, the individual will be responsible for attracting new clients, winning new business from existing accounts, and maximizing profitability within their sales territory. They will work through the entire sales cycle, including lead development, prospect education, and converting qualified prospects into long-term customers. Duties will involve promoting service, products, and equipment, collaborating with customers to identify needs and create solutions, providing accurate reporting and feedback, identifying business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, preparing presentations, developing expertise in sales contracts, tracking sales activity in a CRM system, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
