Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of field sales experience, along with experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry and an in-depth understanding of the electronic components industry. Knowledge of the assigned market/territory, recent industry experience, and proficiency in sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle are also required.

Responsibilities

The Field Sales Representative will define critical markets and new customers within their assigned territory, plan sales strategies, and develop key relationships to establish a strong foundation for solution selling. They will maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts, ensure customer satisfaction through supply chain management and value-added services, and prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBRs) to present strategic plans and implement sales growth strategies. Additionally, they will be responsible for articulating complex strategies, executing on them, and leading regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities.
