Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment, with a strong understanding of the sales process and consultative selling techniques. Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation is also required.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting virtual demonstrations of Xplor’s software products, and closing sales. You will also maintain a deep knowledge of the company’s products and value propositions, collaborate with various teams to support sales efforts, develop warm and cold leads, and consistently meet monthly booking number goals while adapting sales approaches and identifying opportunities for improvement.
