Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and performance targets within agreed budgets and deadlines (Regiomanagement 50%)
  • Implement the Regional or Sector Management Plan to realize sales targets
  • Build strong and sustainable relationships with doctors, specialists, and Key Opinion Leaders
  • Develop and execute customer-oriented programs within sales and marketing
  • Continuously sharpen expertise in competitive selling and optimally utilize market insights
  • Motivate and coach the team towards success and stimulate a culture of high performance (Teamcoaching & support 50%)
  • Help team members strengthen their network and market position
  • Facilitate the implementation of new initiatives and projects and work closely with various departments
  • Act as a digital ambassador by actively sharing and promoting innovations
