Requirements

Candidates should have a degree, with a Diploma in Chartered Institute of Marketing being preferred but not essential. Prior product management experience is ideal, along with experience in a customer-facing role dealing with Healthcare Professionals in the EP field, and some prior sales or commercial exposure. A strong understanding of EP market drivers and developments is necessary, as are excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, media management). The role requires self-drive, results orientation, strong data analysis and insight leveraging abilities, excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, good time management, organizational skills, and a willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

The Field Product Manager will support and maintain marketing activities within budget, sales volumes, and product mix, while assisting with the implementation of marketing campaigns and materials to maximize product adoption. This role involves regular analysis and reporting on market data for the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland teams, and providing input for strategic and operating plans. Responsibilities include contributing to the management of customer events, preparing for new product launches and performance measurement, compiling customer satisfaction data, and liaising with the Education Department and EMEA Product Marketing. The role also requires preparing marketing activity reports, product forecasting, evaluating marketing program effectiveness with the marketing manager, and facilitating cross-divisional interaction for optimal solutions.
