Event Marketing Coordinator

Employment Type: Temporary (6-month contract)

Location Type: Remote (San Francisco or Pacific / Mountain Time Zones)

Salary: $24 - $35 per hour + medical benefits


Position Overview

Join our Revenue Marketing team as an Event Marketing Coordinator to support our global portfolio of owned and paid event campaigns for AdRoll and RollWorks. This role is crucial for driving pipeline and retention through the successful management and execution of various event campaigns, including webinars, third-party conferences, and field events. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue teams to develop event strategies, themes, and tools aimed at boosting sales, brand awareness, and customer experiences to meet business objectives. Your primary focus will be on the logistical management of event campaigns, cross-functional collaboration on deliverables, and detailed reporting on campaign success.


Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Event Management: Work in alignment with the Field Marketing team to manage your event portfolio from ideation, planning, and execution to post-event recaps, maximizing lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Logistical Coordination: Ensure clear and organized communication of all logistical information for event attendees, including schedules, locations, registration details, speaker onboarding, and other relevant information for a seamless experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support owned event activations for GTM, ABM, Co-Marketing/Partnerships, and Customer Advocacy by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data Synchronization: Ensure smooth data synchronization across systems to reduce inconsistencies and enhance operational efficiency for all event marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Conduct post-event evaluations, report on progress towards goals, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate third-party opportunities and build vendor relationships to enhance market exposure, reduce costs, and ensure quality deliverables.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business experiential marketing, end-to-end event management, production, or related roles.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Asana, Splash (or similar event platform), Marketo, and Tableau, including campaign management and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Strategic & Creative Thinking: A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering innovative and memorable experiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel to events as needed.
