Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, systems, and execution that power field marketing programs
  • Build the operational foundation enabling the Field Marketing team to deliver exceptional, measurable experiences (e.g., conferences, regional activations) that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen customer engagement
  • Own process design, campaign operations, and performance reporting to ensure seamless execution and continual optimization across programs
  • Lead vendor and cross-functional coordination
  • Manage tools and infrastructure to deliver efficiency and excellence at scale
  • Take full ownership of Field Marketing Operations strategy and planning
  • Proactively identify and execute improvements to increase event efficiency and effectiveness for pipeline generation
  • Build a library of best practices based on pre-event operations to refine future events and enable scaling of event processes and team
