Requirements

The candidate must have 4-5 years of field marketing experience across multiple disciplines, including customer-facing events, digital, and email campaigns. Previous experience in a B2B SaaS/tech company is required, along with strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation and communication abilities, and proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo. Cybersecurity experience is considered an advantage, and some travel is expected.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing all field and marketing efforts on the West Coast, collaborating closely with sales and channel teams. Key duties include creating and managing lead generation programs, hosting virtual and in-person events, building direct mail programs, managing regional field events from planning to execution, coordinating post-event follow-up and ROI measurement, producing joint marketing activities with channel partners, managing the regional marketing budget, and identifying impactful tactics to accelerate pipeline.
