Founded in 2018 with co-headquarters in Dublin and Boston, Tines powers some of the world's most important workflows. Our orchestration, automation, and AI platform enables businesses to operate more effectively, mitigate risk, reduce tech debt, and focus on high-impact work.

Tines serves a diverse range of customers, from startups to public companies, including Canva, Databricks, Elastic, Kayak, Intercom, and McKesson. As an integrator across the entire tech stack, Tines connects with any API-enabled service. This flexibility enables our customers to achieve their highest-priority goals faster. And because Tines is secure and private by design, it’s popular with security, IT and other security-focused teams.

At Tines, we're driven by our values of Simplicity, Speed, and Soundness. We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a company culture that nurtures individual curiosity, growth, and integrity. We’re excited about what’s next, and we’re looking for others to join us on our journey.

The Role

We’re looking for a Public Sector & MSSP Marketing Manager to build and scale our presence in U.S. Federal, international government, and MSSP markets. You’ll lead programs that generate pipeline, grow awareness, and create high-impact field experiences, from strategic events to partner activations.

This is a new role with real ownership. You’ll shape our go-to-market approach for both audiences, working closely with sales, product, demand generation, and partner teams to execute regional programs and field activities that support pipeline goals.

You’ll report to the Director of Field & Customer Marketing and collaborate across a global marketing team. Your work will expand our footprint in public sector and MSSP segments—while staying true to our values of Simplicity, Speed, and Soundness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead field marketing for Public Sector and MSSP/MSP segments, driving pipeline and visibility across Federal, SLED, and managed security / IT providers.
  • Build programs that convert—campaigns, partner activations, ABM plays, and events tailored to each segment’s buying cycle.
  • Activate and co-market with partners like AWS, Carahsoft, CDW, and top MSSPs—maximizing reach and optimizing MDF spend.
  • Own the event motion—roundtables, roadshows, trade shows, and webinars—with clear goals and follow-through.
  • Drive segment-specific thought leadership, collaborating with product marketing and content to position Tines as a trusted partner to governments and managed service providers.
  • Track impact—MQLs, opportunities, influenced pipeline, partner-sourced opportunities, and ROI.
  • Manage budget and resources to deliver high-quality programs efficiently.
  • Work closely with product marketing, and sales to align messaging, including FedRamp and regulated industry requirements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in a growth marketing role within the Public Sector (Fed and/or SLED) is a must.
  • An understanding of how to market FedRamp certification is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success leading Marketing campaigns in Public Sector with specific OKRs that materially deliver qualified leads and prove ROI.
  • Results-oriented: Strong track record of building and executing results-oriented marketing strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration & project management skills with the ability to align teams and stakeholders around a common vision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external audiences.
  • Deepen Tines's presence in the MSSP ecosystem by building meaningful relationships with MSSP influencers, consultants, peer groups, and in communities.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles, high-value contracts, and complex customer relationships.
