Requirements

  • Skills in supporting beverage distribution partners and sales teams by creating brand awareness and driving purchases
  • Expertise in guiding strategy, planning, scheduling, and execution of events, sampling, demos, seeding, and sales support
  • Experience recruiting, training, and leading a Field Marketing team
  • Proficiency in administering day-to-day operations including team scheduling, inventory management, customer surveys, goal tracking, and expense management
  • Awareness of the community and connections with those aligned to brand pillars to open doors for events and sampling
  • Ability to identify opportunities, propose strategic initiatives, and event participation based on local market trends
  • Strong people skills and high energy to act as brand spokesperson
  • Product expertise to interact with and educate consumers at sampling and events
  • Capability to ensure execution of branding, display, product integration, and activation at events
  • Partnership skills with Social Media Manager(s) and Community Engagement Rep(s) to create engaging social media content from field activations
  • Ability to act as cross-functional liaison for in-market activations with real-time communication
  • Willingness to occasionally participate in Distributor Sales Meetings and market blitz activities
  • Skills in monitoring, measuring, and reporting team effectiveness, including monthly recaps and accurate CRM reporting
  • Based in or able to operate in NYC and surrounding area (remote, field-based with travel)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Field Marketing Team to execute samplings, events, demos, and retail merchandising in the assigned NYC territory
  • Travel occasionally outside the assigned territory as needed
  • Develop strategic plans to authentically connect consumers to the C4 brand
  • Support distribution partners and sales teams by creating brand awareness, driving purchases, and executing local market plans
  • Guide strategy, planning, scheduling, and execution of events, occasion sampling, demos, seeding, and sales support activities
  • Recruit, train, and lead a Field Marketing team within the assigned market
  • Administer day-to-day operations: team scheduling, inventory management, customer surveys, goal tracking, and expense management
  • Identify opportunities and propose strategic initiatives and event participation to the Regional Field Marketing Manager
  • Act as spokesperson for brands with high energy and strong people skills
  • Serve as product expert, interacting with and educating consumers at sampling opportunities and events
  • Ensure execution of all branding, display, product integration, and activation elements at events
  • Partner with brand Social Media Manager(s) and Community Engagement Rep(s) to plan, execute, and deliver social media content from field activations
  • Act as cross-functional liaison for in-market activations, providing real-time engagement and brand storytelling
