Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of enterprise software marketing experience, be self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines and expectations, demonstrate a growth mindset and team player attitude with a positive outlook, and have proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and motivating a high-growth function. Experience in managing quarterly and annual budgets, as well as SaaS experience, Marketo and Salesforce experience, and life sciences industry experience are considered beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Field Marketing Director will build, inspire, and lead a marketing function to deliver against marketing goals, translate Veeva’s goals into effective integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure optimal orchestration of marketing programs, and manage quarterly and annual budgets to support the achievement of marketing goals.
