Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of annual marketing plans aligned with PCE and Expansion team priorities to drive lead generation and accelerate partnership conversion
  • Monitor, track, and analyze lead acquisition and full-funnel marketing performance, using insights, sales feedback, and funnel dynamics to identify optimization opportunities and strategic adjustments
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop core marketing messages aligned with the brand narrative, adaptable for regional strategies and audiences
  • Support creation of national marketing materials (e.g., brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, talking points, case studies) to drive recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with strategy, brand messaging, and field team needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure materials reflect current strategy and meet evolving needs
  • Contribute ideas for recruitment-focused content (e.g., webinars, conferences, video, Insights pieces)
  • Lead development of regional marketing strategies for North, South, and West regions as part of larger state plans
  • Lead execution of marketing efforts for the North region, in partnership with regional Expansion, PCE, and PTT teams
  • Maintain deep understanding of the sales funnel and marketing touchpoints to ensure effective tactics
