Candidates should possess demonstrated experience and a strong background in delivering solutions within a retail environment, along with experience in a similar field based role. A strong set of skills is required to function as a high-performance coach and builder of capability in their people, and a passion for retail excellence and customer experience is essential, fostering enthusiasm amongst the team and stores to bring the company’s vision to life. Critical thinking skills, including the ability to understand, analyze, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and issues, are also necessary.
The Field Manager will be directly accountable for the performance of between 10 – 14 stores based across the Perth Metro area, providing coaching and mentoring to Store Leaders to execute on customer ambition. They will foster a high-performance and psychologically safe environment, actively involved in people development and their team’s learning and growth, while driving excellence in store execution and customer service.
