Candidates must possess prior experience as a CISO, CTO, or security practice leader in the APJ region, with over 15 years in cybersecurity and deep expertise in IGA, PAM, Cloud Security, and Zero Trust. Strong executive presence, exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences. Proven experience in developing and executing account strategies for strategic customers, cultural fluency across diverse APJ markets and regulatory frameworks, and familiarity with business applications like SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce are required. Strong architectural knowledge of SaaS, APIs, and modern authentication (OAuth, SAML, RBAC/ABAC), along with proven thought leadership and a recognized presence in the APJ cybersecurity community, are also necessary. Experience in a high-growth SaaS or scale-up environment is preferred.
The Field CTO will act as a senior, customer-facing executive to shape Saviynt's strategy in the APJ region, serving as a thought leader and market maker. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and regulators; acting as an executive sponsor for top accounts; influencing strategic identity security deals; representing Saviynt at APJ conferences, analyst briefings, and in the media; publishing thought leadership content; providing APJ-specific insights to Product and Marketing teams; mentoring Security Engineers; helping enterprise clients build long-term identity roadmaps; and driving adoption and successful implementations of Saviynt's platform alongside partners and global system integrators.
