Candidates must have 5 years of experience managing SaaS in the automotive industry and proven account management experience in Fixed Ops. They should demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, deliver client-focused solutions, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. A valid driver's license, dependable transportation, the ability to rent cars and take domestic flights, and the capacity to incur and document travel expenses are required. The position also requires 80% travel and the ability to visit clients in-store Monday through Friday.
The Field Client Consultant will drive client engagement and growth within their assigned book of business, acting as the primary point of contact and escalating issues as needed. They will build strong client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions. Responsibilities include conducting training, communicating product knowledge, forecasting and tracking key account metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with sales teams. The consultant will also assist with high-severity requests, track and submit expenses accurately, maintain client visit schedules, and meet or exceed client retention, product quota, product usage, and satisfaction goals.
